I finally designed a file that I'm confident enough to upload, despite its imperfections. Rushed as it was, it's already showing great promise right out of the printer. Recently, I invested in a Bubba 24-ounce insulated water bottle for work and, within a week, I dropped it and snapped off the handle. Super Glue failed to hold, so I decided to create a replacement myself. When printing, I always used either a brim or raft to ensure proper bed adhesion and support material for parts that touched the print bed. Adding support material everywhere would likely mess with the holes where it attaches to the water bottle. After printing, you'll need to sand down the rounded parts near the mounting holes so the handle lies flush against the water bottle. Again, this design is far from perfect but it's still a lifesaver in an emergency. It might also work for other water bottles.
