BTWIN 900 Mini lock fix

This is a custom lock fix for the BTWIN 900 mini bike lock. Simply slide the lock into the printed mount, letting gravity do the rest. There's minimal play allowed, ensuring the part glides smoothly without excessive wiggling. The outer diameter of this part comes in at 33.50mm, which is what makes direct contact with your bike. This design replaces the original bottle holder, and I found it necessary to swap out the screws for 2× M4 6mm fasteners. Printing time came in around 8 hours, so plan accordingly. For optimal results, I recommend printing this part using PETG material. Not only will it increase the lifespan of the part itself but also limit plastic deformation over time.
