This is a quick mount adapter used to attach the new ADXL 345 V1.0 accelerometer to the backplate found on the Minimus shroud. This simply adapts the existing mounting location for the Sonic Pad accelerometer and adapts it to the new form factor and hole locations for the new BTT7 accelerometer.
