BTT TFT35 v3.0 Housing (SKR Version) + 2020 Mounts
thingiverse
This housing will allow you to place the display on any horizontal 2020 crossmember. I have since removed the icons on the face of the housing. It was difficult at that scale to get them to print nicely. The interface is intuitive enough that it shouldn't need legends anyhow. This housing is specific to this display: https://www.amazon.com/BIGTREETECH-Upgrade-Touch-Controller-Display-Motherboard/dp/B07VWGFKLZ I'm not sure why BTT names different versions the exact same thing, but please ensure you have the correct version. It's NOT compatible with the BIQU version. Though, if anyone requests it, I can model the Biqu version as well. While the Biqu version may look the same, please pay close attention to the following: - SKR version: Full SD card slot on opposite side of board as USB port, 3x 10pin serial connections - Biqu version: Micro SD slot next to USB port, 1x 20pin serial connection BOM: 1x BTT TFT35 v3.0 (SKR Version) 4x 15mm M3 Socket Cap Screws 4x 10mm M3 Socket Cap Screws 2x 8mm M3 Socket Cap Screws 2x M3 T-Nuts Assembly: 1. Place display in the main housing. 2. Make any required connections to the board (EXP3, TFT, etc.) 3. Place the rear cover behind the display, ensuring the hole is on the bottom when mounted. 4. Using 4x 15mm M3 socket cap screws, secure the main housing to the rear cover, effectively sandwiching the display between the two printed components. 5. Using 4x 10mm M3 socket cap screws, secure the rear brackets to the rear cover. Pay close attention to the filleted corners of the brackets. It should match the housing and cover. 6. Feed 2x 8mm M3 socket cap screws through the remaining holes in the brackets and loosely thread 2x T-nuts 7. Mount to your 3D printer. :) Notes: If it's easier for you to assemble the brackets and rear cover first, you may do that before assembling everything else.
