This is a custom case specifically designed for the BIGTREETECH BTT-TFT35 v.3.0 to fit perfectly inside the vacant space of my Wanhao Duplicator 9. However, it will work flawlessly in any 3D printer as long as the hole left by removing the old LCD measures between 99mm wide by 52mm high and no larger than 119mmx68mm. To secure the case, you'll need four M3 screws, approximately 4-6mm in length. While #6-32 screws will also work, they may require forced tightening to cut threads. Longer screws can be used with washers or other types of spacers for a more secure fit. The back of the case snaps into place using a semi-circular cutout along the x-axis on the front piece, which accepts a matching semi-circular bump-out on the back piece. Due to this design, I recommend slower print settings of 40 or less with a layer height not exceeding .2mm for optimal results. With a .4 nozzle and a .2mm layer height, I achieve excellent results. Once secured, the LCD can be held by hand or placed at a comfortable angle on a tabletop, making it suitable for virtually any printer without requiring a dedicated cutout. It fits snugly into the cutout of my Duplicator 9, providing access to the USB and SD slot while also accommodating wiring modifications as needed. The mesh cover for the speaker can be a bit tricky to print; if you encounter difficulties, consider punching out the hole and printing an insert with a 12mm diameter and a 3mm height. A cap of 13-14mm with a mesh design of your choice will result in a piece that fits perfectly into the hole. You can also print it in a contrasting color to create a two-tone look.
