BTT TFT35 v3.0 case and mounts
thingiverse
VERSION 3!\r\n\r\nVersion 1 files have been archived.\r\n\r\nCase design for the Bigtreetech TFT3.5 version 3.0 with three interchangeable mounts that can be attached to a Prusa MK3, Bear frame, or 3030 extrusion, and also serve as free-standing configurations.\r\nFour 3mm x 25mm screws with square nuts are required for case and bracket assembly, except for the MK3 mount which uses existing screws. The base or mount piece can be attached to the printer with ears in or out for all mounts except the MK3.\r\n\r\nI do not own a Prusa MK3, so measurements were estimated based on someone (Tsveta Koleva, thank you!) measuring their own printer. Feedback is appreciated as this design was created for a clone using 30x30 extrusions similar to half-BEAR with an SKR1.4 control board and TFT3.5.\r\n\r\nVarious hardware components are necessary for connecting the bracket to the printer: Four 3mm hex nuts for the MK3, two screws and nuts for the BEAR frame (or 3030), same size/type as other connections. Any of the bases can be used in a free-standing setup by swapping the pieces to turn the ears inward.\r\n\r\nThe case construction is simplified with nut slots in the base/mount for easier management. A large opening in the bottom half provides access to the entire board if needed, and the ESP unit fits outside the case, allowing for a notch on both mounts for easy installation.\r\n\r\nA picture shows the mounted design next to a Prusa controller on my MK2.5 BEAR for comparison.
