Here is my remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4699840 for Anycubic Mega Zero It is necessary to replace the extruder screws with 40mm long ones. The Runout sensor can be left complete with no need to remove the base but only to remove the current fixing screws and replace five of them with 20mm long screws up through the model and back in to the sensor base. The sixth screw in the sensor that goes in to the recessed hole in the model needs to be 16mm. I printed with 100% infill for strength. The model also has two places for cable ties for tidiness. <B>UPDATE 2021.02.25</B> I changed my extruder from the OE one to an all metal one, this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000511065747.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d3Wlzmc this new extruder is a slight bit shorter in height from the OE extruder so I have added a spacer block as a separate part to print and this sits on top of the main print between the main print and extruder. The spacer is setup for 0.2mm layer height with an overall height of 3.6mm, you can change this height in your slicer if need be. This new extruder has two long mounting holes & one short mounting hole but for the two long mounting holes you can use the 40mm screws as above and then use an M3x30mm machine screw for the shorter mounting hole. It will be also necessary to move the stepper pinion ever so slightly further up the shaft too, this is easily done by loosening the grub screw.
