BTT PiTFT70 case 7" screen+R.Pi4

Modified slightly case for Big Tree Tech 7" v2 screen with Raspberry Pi 4B. Added cutouts for power cable, camera ribbon and USB cables. First one has some small vent holes but the Pi gets a bit warm inside, so created the second one which has larger, rectangular vents and fitting for a fan (as per original design).
