Made this for my Ender 3 Pro external AIO electronics case. I am building an AIO electronics case from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4405355. This AIO case did not have a way to mount the BIGTREETECH piTFT50 V2.0 display to the AIO case. I want to run Klipper Firmware on my modified Ender 3 Pro and Klipper supports the BTT piTFT50 v2.0 display. So to accomplish my task I used parts from other Thingiverse projects and did a small remix of the "LCD_Panel.stl" file from the AIO case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4405355). I used the following parts from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4689019 and had to remix them to allow access to the Brightness wheel, the DIR switch, the SWD port and the RESET button (https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-TouchScreenHardware/tree/master/BTT%20Pi%20TFT50%20V2.0%20Github) : 1. BTT-PITFT50_Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover.stl 2. BTT-PITFT50_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover.stl The "BTT-PITFT50_Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover.stl" and "BTT-PITFT50_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover.stl" were remix to allow access to the screen controls and the remixed files are: 1. BTT_PITFT50v2 _Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.stl 2. BTT_PITFT50v2_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.stl The models for the front screen cover and Rear Screen cover are saved in two formats: 1. BTT_PITFT50v2 _Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.f3d 2. BTT_PITFT50v2 _Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.step 3. BTT_PITFT50v2_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.f3d 4. BTT_PITFT50v2_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.step I remix "LCD_Panel.stl" file from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4405355 and created a model called "LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0.step" from which the following .stl file was created: 1. LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0.stl I saved the remix "LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0" to the following model files: 1. LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0.f3d 2. LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0.step Place the BTT piTFT50 v2.0 screen inside of "BTT_PITFT50v2 _Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.stl". Now, place "BTT_PITFT50v2_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.stl" on top of the backside of the BTT piTFT50 v2.0 screen. Use 7 - M3x8mm screws to put the Screen frame together. Use 4 - M2.5x10 screws with 4 fender washers and to attach screen with frame to the "LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0.stl" part which replaces the "LCD_Panel.stl" part from the AIO case (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4405355). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I added the "LCD_panel_mount_for_BTT_PITFT50v2_version_6.0.f3d" file, "BTT_PITFT50v2 _Case_-_Front_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.f3d" file and the "BTT_PITFT50v2_Case_-_Rear_Screen_Cover_version_6.0.f3d" file to the AIO case model and called the whole model "Ender3_Pro_AIO_Case_org_with_BTTpiTFT50v2_and_BTTpiTFT50v1_version_6". I have saved this model in two file formats: 1. Ender3_Pro_AIO_Case_org_with_BTTpiTFT50v2_and_BTTpiTFT50v1_version_6.f3z 2. Ender3_Pro_AIO_Case_org_with_BTTpiTFT50v2_and_BTTpiTFT50v1_version_6.step The model "Ender3_Pro_AIO_Case_org_with_BTTpiTFT50v2_and_BTTpiTFT50v1_version_6" contain both the BTT PITFT50V1.0 and BTT PITFT50V2.0, choose which one you want.
