BTT PI TFT50 v2.1 mount

BTT PI TFT50 v2.1 mount for Voron 2 with option to mount a RPi. Mount the screen and if you want mount the RPI there are holes suitable for M2.5 heatset inserts for RPi standoffs on the back face. I have allowed for a couple of positions for the RPi to help with positioning or orientation for your build. Screen is at a fixed angle of 50° with the base of the mount 10mm off the bench surface and the screen itself approx 6mm below the voron OEM door handles. I did not do a bezel frame on purpose. I find the screen looks fine without them. I modelled in slotted holes for ease of mounting the screen, just in case the screen standoffs are slightly off dimension from the BTT PI TFT50 drawings. Also allowed a clearance slot for the Allen key to reach the screw to fix the screen to the mount easier. NB. The orientation of the RPi does not allow for a power, HDMI and phone cables to be plugged in as they will clash with the basement bed panel above or bench the printer is sitting on. I do not use either as I power the RPI via the GPIO 5v & Gnd pins and use the DSI flexible cable to connect the screen. Print in whatever filament you want. 3 walls, 30% infill, no supports required. Mount using 2/ M3 SHCS with T nuts to mount to frame. Fix the screen to the mount with the supplied screws. This is not a remix, however there was some influence from this model…https://mods.vorondesign.com/detail/mn2APihm7NkJZhoskam1CQ and heavily inflenuced from the Voron teams OEM skirt design.
