I just needed a way to mount/off-set the BigTreeTech UPS board from the metal cabinet/controller box, being that all of the higher current components are through-hole and therefore stick out the back of the board. This is designed so that the mount can be either installed using 2 M3 Cap Head screws or there are two recesses for using 1/2" double-sided tape. The PCB can be attached by using either M3 x 6 course thread screws or M3 x 6 machine screws.
