The conversion vehicle was originally built for use by hunters, and its lineage dates back to the original BTR 80. At the rear of the vehicle are distinct features that resemble a jet engine - or rather, a rocket-like component. In actuality, this configuration houses a waterjet engine capable of propelling the vehicle through aquatic environments. The thought alone sends some people's imaginations soaring ;-) .
