So i've been trying to grab some jigs for fin alignment but i have a smaller resin printer so the parts i've been finding have been too large so i decided to make my own. The scale of this is much smaller, The fit for this is perfect for a BT-60 tube, I allowed for 3mm space on the inside and outside diameters so the rings are quite precise but the tube slides in nicely, no resistance or force needed. This wont make you mount your fins perfectly straight up, but it definitely will make the alignment perfect. You could easily extrude the top cross section of this to make it taller to help make the fins line up straight but my idea for these was to be as small as possible.
