BT-50 Nose Cone with Adjustable Weight

I designed this nose cone for use with BT-50 tubing on model rockets, allowing for a secure attachment point. To enhance flight stability, the cone is removable from its base, enabling users to add custom weight and shift the center of gravity forward. Four 1/4-20 nuts can be securely fastened into place within the cone, providing a strong foundation. Users can also create their own cove with M20 threads that will fit snugly onto the base, offering additional customization options for a tailored flight experience.
