So, I had to create a complete new one from scratch. Although it doesn't look identical, it functions properly. The original is slightly larger than this replica, but it serves my needs without requiring another print run. My refrigerator is a Siemens KI23L74/33 model, but many other brands like Bosch and Neff also utilize the same part (00265198).
