BS75 PlugIt Connector

This was my first major project. I've always been frustrated by the loose cable plug on the Plug It adapter (491144) shown in the last photo. Now it's securely attached to the machine and there's no longer a risk of hitting it with the belt during sanding. I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. In addition, a Festool replacement part such as # 491716 is required to fit into the printed component. Print Settings Printer: Kodama Trinus Infill: 15% Notes: Support details can be found in the photos. I used Pango 2.3.0. Post-Printing Some minor manual rework with a cutter was necessary on my first print. I combined both parts into one file, which made it easy to print and share support structures. I could simply break them apart after printing. The insert with cables needs to be purchased separately. There are different versions of this connector available. I found # 491716 to have relatively long wires. I think # 497247 will also work well. How I Designed This SketchUp 2017
