Brötchenstempel / Bun stamp
thingiverse
Bun stamps come in various shapes, including kaiser, kaiser with hole, cross, spiral, ball, and snowflake. These stamps are used to press into the dough to create a distinctive pattern when baking buns. To keep the handle secure, I applied a few drops of super glue. To start, shape a ball of dough that weighs approximately 70g. Next, press the floured stamp down until only about 5 mm of dough remains. Flour the dough and let it rise on the stamped side. Finally, place the buns with the stamped side facing up onto a baking sheet, spray them with water, and put them in the oven. You can easily find bun dough recipes online.
