Brutal Classic Mini
thingiverse
This build took many weekends to complete, don't rush through the process!\r\n\r\nDesigning and finishing the [Neo Classic](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3100601) was a pleasure, but it's not feasible to print at home. I wanted to design something that fits on my small home printer's build plate (6"), printable without supports.\r\n\r\nI printed it in PLA after multiple failed attempts with ABS due to warping issues. To finish it, I used JB Weld plastic bonder, automotive filler, various grits of sandpaper, and spray paint. The display is an Adafruit 5" HDMI touchscreen. A [backpack riser mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3192787) for the Pi is attached in the back. Space is tight, requiring 90 degree connectors and ribbon cables. Without a back cover like the Neo Classic, I stuck to its spirit.\r\n\r\nThis thing was made with Tinkercad, you can edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6S1xIboY2pT
