Nicolas de Coster from Fablab ULB adds tweaks to this design. No promises, no guarantees, and no claims of success are made. Prints great in stacks without supports needed. 15x works well with PETG, but breaks apart easily with gloved fingers. The pins that hold the sheet can be attached by pushing them through the A4 PVC sheet (0.2mm thickness recommended). The headband will have some extra pegs (from between stacked headbands). Attach the sheet to the pegs with the pegs facing up for more comfort.
