Brushless printable motor
thingiverse
This is a project that's well underway, a cutting-edge electric motor with brushless technology outpacing others, shielded by a protective cover that ensures safety and safeguards the shaft from any impacts or forced movements as it counteracts the rotation of the shaft in a 5mm bearing. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 1.75 Notes: The essential components are at hand: A ball bearing with 5mm internal and 16mm external dimensions, an external 40mm balinea, and a one-and-a-half-inch diameter piece are all required for this project. Progress is being made, but the stator has yet to be created - a ferromagnetic filament will be used to print the stator, although it's still waiting to be acquired. Approximately 50 meters of enameled copper wire and a motor controller are also necessary. The winding diagrams can be found online for brushless motor winding; the rotor must feature 16 neodymium magnets measuring 20mm x 10mm x 2mm in size. Future updates on this prototype's progress will be provided.
