Brushless Motor Wrench
thingiverse
I built this handy tool to simplify the process of adjusting props on my quadcopters. The wrench is designed to fit 980 size brushless motors, and may also accommodate other motor sizes. Hold the motor housing firmly in place with the wrench while tightening the nut without grasping the propeller. Attempting to tighten the propeller itself can cause it to bend or break. To loosen a propeller, simply flip the wrench over and use it in reverse direction. This tool has been an invaluable asset for me, and I'm confident it will be just as helpful for you! Check out this video to see how it works: https://youtu.be/nzhMVVj5NSY Cheers! I typically print it out of PLA with 2 or 3 shells, using layers that are at least .2mm thick.
