I mount any brushless motor with a 50mm hole spacing that needs 4mm bolts using a two-piece mounting system. My setup is specifically designed for the Sunnysky X3520 series three motors, which have blue housings. This type of mount allows me to bolt from the front into captive nyloc nuts at the back on wooden firewalls. This configuration makes it easier to adjust thrust angles and possibly run the motor cooler.
