Hello, here a design for a 40x40x10 colling fan holder for rc car brusless motor. It is designed for a 42mm motor but it can easily handle up to 40mm motor. It is just one side and must be mirrored as show in the last photo. I used brim since I printed it in ABS for better thermal resistance. PETG will be enough. PLA+ must be changed more frequently due to thermal degradation, but will work. I design it to be used with bolt and nuts so that you can mount and dismount it frequently for any car/motor maintenance. Please just keep me updated for any needs on bigger or smaller fan holder if you need. ENJOY
