Brushed frame for 66mm props (10mm motor holes)
thingiverse
I designed the model specifically for the FB90 Board and 66mm props, with 1mm spacing between them. I've also uploaded SolidWorks files if you'd like to modify it yourself. Calculations indicate an approximate weight of 6.5 grams as ABC. My expectation is that the final product will weigh around 7 or 7.5 grams. The arms are 4.5mm thick, and the mounting plate is 0.5mm thick - a relatively thin design that I've already tested with success using 0.5mm material multiple times. The flight controller will fit inside if you prefer, or you can mount it on top using two-sided tape. The FPV camera will be secured to the front wall using double-sided tape, as per my original plan. Alternatively, you can attach it anywhere on the FC with ease and without any additional cost. Feel free to get creative and have fun with your project! The only variation between "Parça1" and "Parça2" is the motor hole spacing. For "Parça1", the motor mount holes are 10mm wide due to compatibility requirements for FatBee's motor adapter. In contrast, "Parça2" features 8.5mm wide motor mount holes, allowing for direct mounting of 8520 motors on the frame.
