Here's the design for a micro quadcopter frame that's specifically tailored to work seamlessly with 8520 motors and 55mm props. I created this frame after my initial CF (carbon fiber) frame, which unfortunately met its demise in a crash - it came bundled with my 2s FatBee. Using SolidWorks, the calculated weight of this design comes out to be nearly 5 grams if you opt for ABS printing. However, render programs can provide more accurate calculations.
