Brass brush for scrubbing between layers. Adjustable on 3-axes. Uses the brush from here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B091J3T11Q?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details NOTE: I turned one of the extruder bolt/nuts around so that the bolt head faces towards the back (see 4th picture). This is so that the bolt clears the red bracket when scrubbing. I use Cura to insert text before layers and then replace the text with the following code: M211 S0 ;SOFT ENDSTOPS OFF -- START REPLACE G1 X305 F7000 G1 X330 F5000 ;WIPE NOZZLE G1 X305 F5000 G1 X330 F5000 ;WIPE NOZZLE G1 X305 F5000 G1 X330 F5000 ;WIPE NOZZLE G1 X305 F5000 G1 X330 F5000 ;WIPE NOZZLE G1 X305 F5000 M211 S1 ;SOFT ENDSTOPS ON -- END REPLACE Print settings: - Print orientation is shown in the pic. - Note that one of the links has the "V" grooves facing down, and the "U" grooves facing up. - I used a raft - Used a support that touches the baseplate. If you use "everywhere" it inserts filler supports into the screw holes. - 100% infill. I used M3 screws that are 10mm long with corresponding M3 nuts that 5.4mm flat to flat. I use a 7mm M3 set screw to hold the brush in, but it really doesn't matter the length. There's enough friction to hold the brush and the set screw is just extra insurance.
