Brush case for X40
thingiverse
This is a nozzle Brush case for X40. The original parts have thin side walls and the Teflon plate comes off and flies away. Therefore, I tried to improve it so that the Teflon plate could be attached firmly. (You can use the genuine Teflon plate as it is.) ※The front and back sizes of the brush are different, so if the brush is loose when you attach it, adjust the size by applying masking tape or something like that. If you don't have knowlege of a tech below, see this: You can modify setting for overlaps on cura. 1.Select "brushcase_hole-piece"(red transparent arrow) 2.Choose 3rd icone. (orange arrow) 3.Scrolle popup window, then choose "Infill density" and click. (red arrow) 4.Close popup window. 5.Chenge Infill density to 100%. (blue arrow) 6.Choose all two models, then merge. 7.Then slice as usual. By doing this, you can tighten the screws firmly.
