Here is the Bruiser210, 210mm/5" Quadcopter frame (Designed for CNC). *Gopro and GPS mounts are included in thing files.* This design weighs 50g with hardware and no canopy. Canopy weight depends on which one you choose to print and the material or infill used. Replaceable arms make it easy to swap them out without removing the canopy, ensuring the electronics remain undisturbed. Simply remove the two arm screws and replace the arm. Top and bottom plates are 2mm thick. To accommodate the esc, you will need to print or cut 5mm spacers. Nylon or pc is recommended for printed parts. The arms are 3mm thick with a 3mm brace for support. The brace attaches at the hub of the arm with a flat head m3 screw sitting under the motor. Chamfer the hole to allow the flat head screw to sit flat; see pictures. Frame supports 30x30 or 20x20 fc mounting patterns. *Gopro and Simple canopies only support a 20x20 fc pattern currently, while the race canopy supports both mounting patterns.* It also supports 16x16 or 19x19 motor mounting patterns. Suggested hardware includes: 4x m3x16mm buttonhead screws with nuts, 4x m3x25mm buttonhead screws and with nuts (or 30mm depending on canopy), and 4x m3x8mm flathead screws with nuts.
