The brother's company has come out with a forklift pallet truck that can be converted into a functional model with some effort. To do this, 14 parts are printed. Technically, the unit is equipped with two micro-gear motors, two servos, two speed controllers, two micro-limit switches, two white LEDs, one yellow LED, and an Arduino Micro to generate light pulses for the flasher. The spindle is a 3mm threaded rod made of brass that raises and lowers the fork plate via a 6-sided spacer (which is glued into the yoke for the fork block) on a 6-Kant Abstandhalter. The spindle drive occurs through two gears. The spindle motor sits parallel to the axis of the spindle in the upper part of the loading frame. On the photos, you can see one of the two gears; the larger gear is located under the black cover plate. All else should be evident from the photos. For power supply, I have a LiPO battery with 7.2V/500mAh planned. This will last for good 2.5 hours of continuous operation. The receiver is a Graupner GR12SC+ HoTT, which can be easily accommodated due to its small size.
