Emulating urban townhouses or brownstone buildings, these multi-level rowhouse-style dwellings are constructed of a brownstone material. Incorporate characters strolling down the sidewalk, relaxing on the stoop, and chatting with neighbors into your scene. This product features three highly detailed buildings, each accompanied by separate trees and bushes that can be displayed or hidden. The front sidewalk area includes small fenced zones perfect for the included tree models and two parking meters. However, note that these building facades do not open to reveal interiors. Additionally, this set comprises four tree models with customizable Bark and Leaves surface materials. Ten camera presets are provided for rendering or as a starting point. The texture and bump maps enhance surface materials while leaf transparency maps offer extra detailing. Compatible with DAZ Studio 4.9 and above, specifically with Iray, this set was converted by Todd Kogutt.
