This model represents a brown dwarf, a massive gas giant that barely missed becoming an actual star. Despite its small stature, it still has enough mass to fuse hydrogen, giving the brown dwarf a dark orange/brown glow. This specific brown dwarf star has surface temperatures fluctuating wildly between 300 and 800 degrees Celsius, causing its hottest areas to shine like glowing hot steel. Cooler clouds absorb visible light and appear black on close inspection. Thanks to the high-definition textures and low-poly construction, this model can be used both as a distant background element and as a detailed up-close model. The render is ready for both Eevee and Cycles rendering engines, making it versatile for various 3D applications. Subdivision-ready and optimized for real-time rendering, this model features quads only to ensure optimal performance. It comes with normal HD textures (1920 x 960) and ultra-HD textures (16000 x 8000) for detailed close-ups. An HDRI background image is also included (8000 x 4000). All textures are unique originals and include albedo, emission, roughness, and displacement maps. In reality, this brown dwarf star would have a diameter of approximately 165,000 kilometers.
