I took charge of creating this 3D model in Sketchup 7, before effortlessly converting it into every other popular 3D format out there. The native file format is .skp, and my team carefully optimized it for use with 3ds Max 2016, taking advantage of its latest features to bring the scene to life. We even rendered it using Vray 3.00 to get that stunning, ultra-realistic look. After collaborating on the Lifestyle 2010 Pocket Park renovation, I made a personal commitment to breathe new life into this area by creating an exciting point of interest that would not only boost visitor numbers but also ensure the highest standards of maintenance.
