The array of six small cups on this rocky outcropping presents a fascinating display, accompanied by a remarkably 'fresh' yet coarsely pecked cup and ring formation located lower down, where individual peck marks are easily discernible. In addition, two further rings, one featuring a crude central depression, have been interpreted as potential small quern roughouts based on analogous formations observed elsewhere on this site. While they could also be considered rock art, the possibility exists that all these markings may be related to quernstone extraction processes instead.
