Broughmore Wood 5 - Cup Marked Rock

The surface, weathered to a state of near-exposure, displays faint impressions of several cup marks & elongated shapes that resemble courgettes. A comprehensive excavation plan is currently under development with the goal of uncovering more detailed information about this site's timeline and, ideally, revealing additional enigmatic rock carvings. Nick Parish documented and created a 3D model of this panel as part of Scotland’s Rock Art Project (ScRAP).
