Brother SE-400 Big Spool Adaptor

Big spool adaptor for Brother SE-400 sewing/embroidery machine. Should fit the NV180 models too. I made this so I could mount 5000m embroidery thread spools, which are far more cost efficient than smaller spools. Pictured is a Marathon brand 5000m Polyester White #2149, which has a 25mm centre hole. I know other big spools have different inner diameters, so you may need to do your own remix if you want to fit other brands. Or improvise by carving a piece of foam and jamming it on the main spike. I think that would work. No special printing requirements. I used a Creality CR-6 SE with the stock supplied white PLA, sliced with Cura 4.7 using 0.3mm layer height. No supports, no raft, 20% infill. Requires a 20cm print bed, but you might be able to squeeze it on to 15cm in pieces. Hand assembly, no glue or tools required. I did come across one minor problem while using it. While winding a bobbin, the thread caught under the rotational stabiliser (the þ shape) on one occasion and jammed. Nothing broke, I just unhooked it and continued winding.
