This is to clip on the knitting machine tension mast, so that you can hold a block of wax. Left and right hand side wax holder This is used for yarn to run across the wax which helps with knitting in the machine. I take a long candle and cut it into short lengths and then drill out the centre to push onto the wax holder. I found that the colour changer tension masts and garter carriage tension mast never came with a wax holder. Even if you do have a tension mast which has the wax holder, it is only on the 1 side of the tension mast.
