BROTHER Embroidery machine thread holder

My husband has a Brother M240-ED embroidery machine that he loves to work with. However, we've encountered a frustrating issue whenever the spool lies flat inside the machine - sometimes the thread gets stuck on the pin, causing the machine to pause and leaving us struggling with the top thread. Determined to find a solution, I designed a clever device that can hold six spools at once, allowing the thread to unwind freely without any hindrance. Thankfully, my husband has found it to be a game-changer - we've had no more jams since we started using it! To create this innovative holder, I used my JGAURORA A5 printer to produce two parts diagonally. The rest of the components are made from aluminium tubes: six-millimeter ones for the threads and ten-millimeter ones for the main rod and horizontal holder. Additionally, I needed some small self-tapping hooks for woodworking. All it took was drilling a 1.2-millimeter hole into the horizontal tube and tapping those hooks in place - voilà! Everything fits together perfectly, even if it's a bit snug. For my husband, though, it works like a charm.
