Area of outcropping on Broom Ridge (OS name), Hunter's Moor, near Ford, Northumberland is located. This spot is one of several exposed areas of carved outcrop on Broomridge, situated just north of the escarpment. Tate first recorded it in 1865, and later it was documented as Broomridge 1 on the Beckensall Archive (BA) before being added to ERA by NADRAP in 2008. A cup and ring frenzy is taking place on the stone, with 14 designs consisting of cups, rings, penannulars, and linear grooves. The ERA record including BA material can be accessed at https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=5. Historic England scheduling (probable) is available at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1006554. A 3D model was created in September 2019 from 10 raw stereo pairs captured by Kevin Malloy in July 2007 using a calibrated Nikon Coolpix 5400. There are two issues with image exposure and the model's surface due to coverage. The imagery formed part of NADRAP/ERA archive.
