Broom Stick Thread End
thingiverse
UPDATE: 1/23/2017 Just added version 4, which looks a little nicer than 3 and features a chamfer at the top. I'm surprised I forgot to include that in the first place. Like Holmes used to say, "It's Elementary, Watson." Hello, This is a replacement for my garage broom stick thread piece that broke off. It's the exact replacement for the regular 24-25 mm diameter broom stick, about 1 inch in size. I've included the SLDPRT file so if the thread you have is different, you can adjust it in SOLIDWORKS. Version 2 is more square than previous designs. Version 3 has a small radius at the end of the thread to help the thread go deeper for recessed broom threads. Version 4 looks a little nicer than 3, features a smaller diameter at the bottom of the thread to clear the hole better, and includes a chamfer at the top. I'm surprised I forgot to include that in the first place.
