Broom Stick 90 degree
thingiverse
I needed a bent broom stick screw that would fit snugly over shortened wooden broom handles. My project demanded that the thread be angled at a specific degree, and I could easily rotate the thread angle while adding a simple ID mark on top for easy reference. This design is inspired by Ed Niesley's innovative work (https://softsolder.com/2013/04/01/broom-handle-screw-thread-replacement-plug/). Update: The "text" command in SCAD seems to be malfunctioning within the Thingiverse customizer. If this feature is crucial for your project, you'll need to use the external OpenSCAD instead. Everything else functions properly.
