'Broom in a box' MK2 vacuum duster robot
thingiverse
This is the latest and final release of my Broom. My main objective was to achieve the smallest possible dimensions, ensuring that it can reach under all furniture pieces with ease. Additionally, I aimed to minimize the printing time for the casing, although STL files are available for those who want them. To extend its working period, I opted for three rechargeable batteries, which power the motor at 3.84A. These batteries can be recharged via an internal parallel board that draws power from a DB15HD connector located on the rear side of the Broom. The two front brushes are inspired by the innovative design of qqbymark's creation, which I adapted into my own L_R_brush_head.stl file. I have also uploaded SVG templates for drilling your box, but be sure to examine them carefully before proceeding. Here comes my Broom.
