I needed to replace a broken screw at the end of my broom handle. The handle is a hollow piece of tube so this design uses a 2 inch 10-32 screw and matching nylon locking nut to wedge the pieces inside the handle when tightened.I'm attaching the AutoCAD .dwg file just in case you need to tweak anything.I printed these with the wedge face down on the printing bed.
