This 3D model was born from scratch with Sketchup 8, its origins expertly transformed into multiple 3D formats for seamless sharing. At its core, native format reigns supreme in .skp files, effortlessly imported to the dynamic environment of 3ds Max 2016 scenes and meticulously rendered with Vray 3.00's precision. Set within Paulwall's downtown district lies Brooklyn Street, an edgy neighborhood born from Brooklyn-esque townhouses that still dot its sidewalks, despite being vastly outnumbered by other structures. Once a proud array of rowhomes, most have since been replaced; however, the remnants of this original Paulwall block persist. The iconic strip features ten structures - a far cry from reality - but the lone missing edifice succumbed to flames long ago, reducing its brethren to nine. Within these rows stand two story retail outlets with a loft space per store.
