A Historic Hunting Tool: A Reproduction of an Ancient Bronze Age Spearhead. The base has been flattened, eliminating the need for any supporting structures. This was achieved through careful design and planning. To produce prints with crisp edges, the object was printed with a rectangular shape. However, due to its small size at the top, the nozzle had to retract for a brief moment to allow the layer to cool before resuming printing. As a result, a thin thread of filament would occasionally form on the print surface. Fortunately, the adjacent support structure effectively prevented this issue from arising. This reproduction spearhead was modeled after a 3D scan of an ancient artifact housed in a museum.
