Inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2360488 Winder crank lever for Bronica SQ-A camera. This one has a finger knob that needs to be assembled but which rotates. I used a ~2mm rivet for the pivot, cut to length. I used a #36 drill to enlarge the hole for the camera side. I enlarged the hole on the lever enough for the rivet to rotate, then pressed the knob onto the rivet. Lever prints better on its side.
