I love fabric systems that bring water bottle cageless convenience, check out fabric.cc for more info. This system is ultra-lightweight and effortless to use, but it's specifically designed for bikes with standard threaded holes. Since my Brompton requires a customized solution, I created this easy-to-print design myself. It only needs 2 nuts as studs, and the bolts are already included in the product. To add extra durability, I applied a layer of epoxy resin, similar to XTC-3D. It's highly recommended to protect the pipe with adhesive tape for added security. Make sure to use a support structure to achieve optimal results. **Print Settings:** * Printer Brand: Zortrax * Printer Model: Zortrax M200 * Rafts: No rafts needed * Supports: Yes, definitely use supports * Resolution: 0.2 mm for high-quality prints * Infill: 100% infill for maximum strength * Notes: To improve adhesion to the printing plate, add a 5 mm brim. However, this is not necessary if you're using a Zortrax printer.
