I designed a new seat post insert for the Brompton, making significant changes from the original design. The revised insert is longer than its predecessor, which causes it to fall out more easily when installed. To ensure a secure fit, I suggest printing the TPU material with an infill of 40% and support structures that interface properly. Alternatively, you can print the body with PETG, but be aware that removal may prove challenging.
