We encountered a damaged plastic component, a crucial piece of our son's swing toy. I employed reverse engineering techniques to overcome this obstacle. First, I took precise measurements of the broken part, then created detailed sketches and models of its original form. Next, I used 3D printing technology to fabricate a new replacement part, ultimately achieving successful results.
