Broken hoover head joint fix for Grundig Cyclonic 21.6V

Apparently, the designers of the Grundig Cyclonic 21.6V vacuum head didn't quite get it right with the rotating joint's design, which can barely handle normal usage. Luckily, the rest of the parts in the joint have a roomy and open build, so no complicated replacement part is needed. I've come up with two small components that fit snugly into the rotating groove and lock into place on their own, secured by making a slight modification to the top bracket on the joint. Here's what you need to do: First, print out the parts. Next, remove the vacuum head from the vacuum cleaner. Then, take off the two screws that hold the top bracket in place so you can remove it. Push the printed parts into the groove, and they'll lock into place automatically. Now, modify the top bracket by cutting away the inner support walls that would otherwise get in the way of the printed parts – these walls aren't crucial to the vacuum's structural integrity, so removing them won't weaken the machine. Finally, put the top bracket back on and reattach the vacuum head. This fix is actually version 2, as you can see from the photos where I used duct tape to hold it together earlier – but that barely kept it going. Now, I'm left with the problem of removing the sticky residue left behind by the tape. Oh well, at least it works again!
