Thanks for the inspiration of this clip to fix Sony MDR-XB650BT (or similar head sets) On mine they were so "floppy" that no amount of glue or tape or what have you would hold them together with the original design... My design is about 5mm "taller" which give more needed grip on the Headband side AND I added little "catches" to the back so it "snaps" in and no glue is required. Also for Some reason the original STL had manifold issues (CURA 4.13) and would have gaps in the print behind the SONY logo. The remix was done in Solidworks 2020 If anybody want I can post the native file.
